  I go there out of convenience but the gals are extremely rude and do not try to accommodate. All the staff were rude and still are. I've been 3 times but every time I go they are not nice.

  Based on the reviews, and the fact that I hate giving blood, I was very nervous about coming here. I also showed up right at 4:30 and they close at 5:00 - but a few minutes after I checked in on the iPad, I was called to the back to finish paperwork (provide insurance card, ID, etc.). Front desk clerk was very nice. The phlebotomist was very polite and I told her I was nervous about giving a lot of vials of blood because I get very woozy afterward. And sure enough, my vision went blurry, got dizzy etc. The clerk was very sweet and offered me an ice pack and a mini fan until I felt coherent enough to walk to my vehicle. I am unsure what workers these people with low reviews worked with but the women who treated me yesterday (3/31/22) were outstanding and definitely helped me in whatever way they could.

  Excellent, skilled techs. Only problem is cannot find their fax number for the doctor to send orders, and nobody answers the phone at this or any other Quest lab in my area (Montgomery).
