- TCTheresa CurreyDec 17, 20251.0The absolute worst dental/orthodontic experience I have ever had. Dr. Fletcher is the most unprofessional gentleman I have ever met in my life. Before before I ever was able to say anything or ask any questions, he walked into the room and the first thing out of his mouth was, “You have questions?” - This was said in a very rude and condescending tone, which, of course, set the tone for the rest of the meeting. He did this in front of my two adolescent daughters, causing them to feel very uncomfortable. With every question, I asked, he gave snarky responses, and any follow up questions I had were met with distain. I got the sense that if anyone questioned him, he felt very threatened. So, rather than answering my questions professionally - like any orthodontist should, he was rude, and he gave the impression that he didn’t think any of my questions were valid, and that I was too stupid to even be asking them. I would never recommend Gayle Fletcher to anyone. Don’t walk, RUN as fast as you can from this arrogant man.

I am mostly homebound & they went out of their way to make sure I could be accommodated with my scooter. He was patient & focused on doing comfort repairs vs selling unnecessary services.
