After going back and forth with the nurse I finally called the pharmacy a 3rd time , once again I was told it was denied. After I gave the date it was refilled they found it!!!! This is the best Kroger and best employees but this pharmacy is the worst!!!! I see horrible reviews so it seems corporate isn't trying to make a change so I guess I'll have to change pharmacies.

I understand things happen so I told the lady when I picked up the rest of my prescriptions to fill this one. I waited 2 days to come pick it up today and was told that it was never filled but it would be 1.5 hours. I come by 6 hours later and am not able to pick up my prescription when I get there and am told to wait. Also my wife has given them her insurance information 2x and we have been overcharged before from them because they didn't update their system with her correct insurance information.
