  I have so many great things to say about Traditions Hospice.. From the Home health team to the Hospice Team.. Marcella, One of their Certified Nurse Aides is awesome!!I never have to wonder about the care of my patients when she is on their workload because she communicates any concerns to me immediately which makes the continuity of care flow so much smoother.. Linda Davis Is another one of their Awesome Certified Nursing assistants whose compassion speaks volumes to not only the residents, but to our staff as well..Traditions also has wonderful nurses such as Chelsea Hahn, who are always responsive when we have questions. I give you all a 5 star rating!

  my husband was only there 5 days. he was aware of his surroundings for 3 of them. he enjoyed speaking with the staff . i asked him if he was comfortable and he said he liked it there , the people were nice and it felt like home. thank you to everyone

  My husband and I experienced great care with Traditions Home Health, Traditions Palliative Care and Traditions Hospice located in College Station, Texas. The therapists were great and creative during our home health experience, the palliative care experience was a short time before we needed hospice care. During our lengthy journey, we had a social worker, chaplain, bath aide, and nurse who came regularly to help educate me, or check on my husband and me during our dementia journey. And they also have a Volunteer Coordinator who locates volunteers for a 2 hours’ time frame to be with your loved one so you can do errands, and doctor appointments, etc. So if you need someone to educate you, or care for your loved one with dignity, then check out what Traditions Health and Hospice in College Station can do for you and your loved one. Their service will be a blessing to you and your loved one during your time of need.
