  If I could give less stars I would. Tried to drop off a specimen that needed to be kept frozen. Front desk was rude and would not listen that I just needed to drop off. Sat there for over an hour just because she wouldn’t listen to me. I finally left and had to drive to Conroe to drop it off before the expiration. Out of the 15 patients in there, all Of them were pissed because of the unprofessional attitude.

  Jasmine helped me out and she was so very kind and very knowledgeable in her position. I’m excited to join the Quest team and give patients the same services!

  The overall experience was great. Everything was easy all the way from scheduling to getting the results sent via email.

  I cannot recall my phlebotomist name, but she was amazing! I did not even feel the stick! She was personable, and we shared a few laughs while I was there. Exceptional customer service at its finest!

  wait was short, sign in / check in was normal, the nurses there were very sweet and accommodating! i’m nervous around blood drawing and needles and all that but they made it as smooth as possible.
