  I was desperately in need of my medicine today and was rushing to make it before the pharmacy closed at 8pm. The pharmacist (Sima) literally told me that he would NOT stay 1 MINUTE extra to help after I explained my need for the medication. LUCKY, I showed up 5 minutes before close. However, I hope Kroger management sees this and address it.

  I will never use this pharmacy again. I’m getting older and now have quite a litany of prescriptions. This means I pay thousands of dollars for prescription medication every year. The people who work behind the counter are rude and could care less about their customers. They let essential monthly prescriptions go 2, 3 and even 4 days before ordering the meds and then say something like it might be here within the next few days. I’m am done! And for the record, the tech named Sarah is horrendously terrible and has no customer service skills whatsoever. She should not work directly with the public in any position.

  Went to go get a prescription and drove half way across town because their pharmacy claimed to have it. Called the day before to confirm and they let me know had it and would have it ready for me the next day. There system was not up to date abs they were out.
