I knew going in that I would be spending quite a bit of money, however, I also knew that not fixing the problem would just cause more problems down the line. Wanda and Kalista were wonderful! Wanda helped me out by explaining everything (and I immediately saw where my problem was) and Kalista also helped out. Both were wonderful, friendly, and went through the entire system. I felt immediate relief, mostly because most pressure was put on my toe and with the supports, it immediately relieved that pressure. I spend way too much time on my feet and always hurt way too bad to not spend money on myself. The system does have a lifetime warranty and you will spend money, but weighing the cost against what problems I would likely incur by not fixing how I walk made the decision easier. Again, Wanda and Kalista were wonderful and helpful and I would definitely recommend them!!!!
Update: I have now gone back to work and I am so thankful that I went to The Good Feet Store! I am on my feet 8 hours a day on concrete and I get in about 20,000 steps a day. My feet would hurt so bad that after sitting down for an hour lunch, I would have a hard time standing. My calves would hurt and I may have had a stress fracture in my foot. After seeing Wanda and Kalista, I saw why my foot hurt. Today is the first day using the inserts and I can say I am so thankful I purchased the system! I can walk without being in severe pain. While I am still getting used to the inserts, the pain is no where what it was! This was the true test and I am so glad I saw Wanda and Kalista who helped me out! Thank y'all so much!!!

I am a 19 yr old female and I went in just wanting to try the store. I was then trapped and completely pressured into buying $500 plastic insoles that cause more pain than I get normally. Never trust the associates, they will pressure you into spending over $2100 even if you say no, they won't take it.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular insoles or inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible support designed to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike generic insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes. Foot pain often stems from foot biomechanics rather than shoes. Good Feet arch supports stabilize the foot, minimizing or alleviating pain caused by common foot problems.
Will I receive my arch supports the same day I buy them?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and older. The local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory to ensure you can take your arch supports home immediately after fitting.
