I made an appointment after I was experiencing a swollen ankle that was extremely painful even if I was in a relaxed state. I met with Zach, who helped me through the fitting process. He was very attentive, courteous and extremely thorough on his explanations of the process. The arches they provide are used for varous functions, such as exercising, stabilizing and relaxing. I told Zach my ankle pain was about an 8, and he had me try a couple of different arches. The first brought my pain down from an 8 to about a 6. The next arch he suggested was a little more firm and brought my pain down to a 3. After utilizing all of the various arches the first day, I was able to sleep with no pain. My ankle is still slightly swollen and sore when I exercise, but it isn't unbearable like it was when I made my appointment. This is just the second day and there is so much relief. I can't wait to see what tomorrow will feel like.
