StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab College Station offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

They say what they need to do they can get your credit card for a membership that you will have quite a time getting out of. Also, If you think you are choosing a safer route by buying a package. Beware. They will tell you they will honor those even after an expired session and then they won’t. You could be out the money. I travel with work so I couldn’t be there very often so that’s why i wanted to ask that question. It’s very expensive and just wanted to help others before it happens to someone else. Save your $ and your peace and get that trainer in the gym you hired to do assisted stretching for you. That way, you kill two birds with one stone. That is part of what they do! Also, it’s not rocket science, so a friend or family member can assist you as well!
