  Completely disorganized. Many instances where they forgot to prior authorize prescription and their response is pay now with a minimal coupon they dig up or come back later. Save yourself a lot of frustration and just go to Walgreens or CVS.

  Extremely disgusted and at a loss for words. Today I received dental surgery in my hometown (Houston) and needed to drive home afterward. To my mistake, I went to the wrong HEB to pick up my prescription, one being pain relief that I desperately needed. When I realized I was headed to the wrong location, I immediately called this location to let them know I would be just 4 minutes late past their closing time. The receptionist told me she would ask the pharmacist if this would be okay to which he responded, “ no I am leaving right at 8:00pm.” I then proceeded to at this point beg that I needed the medication as I am in severe pain post surgery. She then asked again and informed me that the pharmacist was adamant on leaving right at closing time, that he could only stay past closing time if it was busy, and that it was against HEB policy. Granted, if this were any prescription such as a rinse of some sort (the other medication I was prescribed ) I would understand . However, since it is something I needed to allow me to get some deserved rest and receive immense pain relief, I am baffled that they denied me to get my needed mediation. So, please if you can help it, get your medication elsewhere for this establishment not only demonstrated a great lack of empathy but I would consider it inhumane.

  I stopped by to get a smaller bottle for a prescription that I have filled at HEB before. After being sent to this location from a different one I still cant get a bottle. The first one sent me to the second location because they filled it last. This location won't give me a bottle with my name on it because I didn't fill it here last!!! COME ON, ALL THIS FOR A BOTTLE WITH MY NAME ON IT THAT THEY CLEARLY SEE IN THE SYSTEM!!! There always seems to be a problem when I go to the Tower Pointe location. I wonder why???

  Let me tell you and possibly put an end to ANY negative comments about the staff and Pharmacists at HEB. My dealings have been with Pharmacists Jasper and Jamie and their staff of technicians. I’ve lived in different areas of the state of Texas and I have to say the pharmacy in College Station at William Fitch and Hwy 6 is the absolute BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with…bar none. These folks are the most courteous, professional and helpful people I have ever dealt with. God Bless them all.
