They will continue to charge your card until you threaten to take them to small claims court. I was forced to freeze my card for 1.5 months until they finally responded to my cancellation request. - They have used the same sauna for the last 20 years, only recently did they finally replace it Do not recommend. I'd recommend a planet fitness over them.
