  I've been going to Body20 for 2 months, and I love the results I've seen! My body doesn't ache like it did prior, I've noticed increased body strength and a physical difference. Sophie and Sergio are amazing trainers! They're funny, they keep me motivated, and they listen and adjust my training when needed. I like alternating between them as they both have their strong suits. Body20 is an amazing place to go if you're not sure what type of exercise to do, how to do them correctly, or just need a push from highly skilled trainers. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to increase their mobility, get in better physical. shape.

  I definitely recommend Body20 to get the best workout in a short 20 mins. Your body will be SORE. Ethan is the best!

  My experience has been great! I've never had a personal trainer before but Jaron is awesome! I've been apart of multiple gyms and this is the first one where I'm sore after every workout. I see and feel a difference already. I look forward to the next workout every week. Body20 rocks!
