Body20 was my New Year’s resolution, and now it’s almost 3 months and counting—I go once a week! This place definitely exceeded my expectations.
The environment is very clean, and there’s a positive atmosphere from everyone I’ve dealt with here. I am so happy I discovered this place. For the technology, I didn’t know EMS was exactly what I needed as I was getting back to working out after years of a sedentary lifestyle. I knew I had weak muscles and was afraid of making mistakes getting back in shape, but EMS is low impact, and they also adopted a custom program based on what was working out for me.
The coaches are very knowledgeable, and some of them have degrees in nutrition science, which is helpful if you have questions.
As for results, my journey included not only EMS training but also improvements in my diet and better stress management. I have personally lost fat, gained muscle, and overall, I feel much better. However, everyone’s journey and goals are unique. If your goals include improving muscle mass and general strength, then Body20 could be a great fit for you and if you integrate lifestyle and diet changes results will be even better!
