- JLJennifer LaRowe6 days ago2.0This is my back up pharmacy, when my locally owned one is closed. Unfortunately, I only find them helpful and expedient when I need a flu shot. They do not regularly check their system for prescriptions sent over by doctors during office visits. I've had to make THREE trips into the store because my insurance wasn't billed (a discount card was), so I was overcharged, and then double charged, then NOT refunded as I should've been. I've had a tech argue with me about what medicines I'm allergic to, delaying filling my prescriptions until a doctor would confirm what I was saying--and then lie about contacting the doctor. It's ridiculous.
