  This is my back up pharmacy, when my locally owned one is closed. Unfortunately, I only find them helpful and expedient when I need a flu shot. They do not regularly check their system for prescriptions sent over by doctors during office visits. I've had to make THREE trips into the store because my insurance wasn't billed (a discount card was), so I was overcharged, and then double charged, then NOT refunded as I should've been. I've had a tech argue with me about what medicines I'm allergic to, delaying filling my prescriptions until a doctor would confirm what I was saying--and then lie about contacting the doctor. It's ridiculous.

  Their Techs and Pharmacists don't read patient notes, very careless.

  So I dropped off a prescription as soon as they opened on March 28 since it was a medication that I cannot be without without risking a heart attack. The Tech told me “ a couple of hours “ plus they would call me. 10 hours later, I called there. Was told it was still not ready! They closed for the day. I arrived at the drive through just as they opened today. The same Tech picked up the phone and asked me “ what do you need “ in a not so nice tone. The pharmacist caught on that the tech was being rude but stood behind her for the moment. The tech told me the full price of my medication. She knew I had a GOOD RX coupon since at drop off, she told me to hang onto it until I pick up my medication. I put my phone into the slot for her to take. She then THREW my phone back into the slot and said she was Not going to take the phone. I asked her if she’s this rude to everybody? The pharmacist asked her what was going on and she said “ She’s being rolling her eyes at me “ not knowing I could hear her .. The pharmacist then said “ I’ll take over this conversation “.. He asked me for my coupon and he readily accepted the coupon I had on my phone. I want to thank him for being professional and courteous. I will NEVER use their pharmacy again.. I didn’t catch this “ kid’s” name but she’s got a lot to learn about how to treat a Senior Citizen/ Customer or do Not be in a job where she has to interact with people at all !
