  Not open during business hours second time I’ve come and they have been closed once early afternoon, second time was later afternoon. Do not rely on getting your labs done based on when they say they are open. Getting anyone on phone seems to be impossible.

  They need to hire more people for this location. 2 people is not enough when you have walk in service as well as appointments. It's too much for only 2 people to handle on a daily basis.

  My phlebotomist is always very professional and gentle. She understands my special needs and I have never had to be repeatedly stabbed at. I wish I could remember her name, so I could share.

  I’ve been here twice in the past month for blood work. Both times I had appointments and was seen on time by the same person. My vanes are good and stick up so there’s usually no problem. The first time went smoothly. The second time not so much. She stuck me and then put the blood vial on but wasn’t in a vein so she just started going deeper and moving it around. I said “ouch” which she replied “guys always say it hurts”. Within a few hours it was purple. The picture I posted was taken 6 days later and it looks a lot better. I think the worker is over worked so she can’t take her time.
