  Line for pharmacy is INCREDIBLY slow and they cannot keep up with the people coming through. Absolutely ridiculous. Having to sit in line and it leading to 30 minutes. ALWAYS happens every time I try to give them another chance. I will be telling my doctor to send it somewhere else than here.

  Finally taking my business elsewhere. I have been getting prescriptions here for years. I cannot access my kids portals (to find if they have their medicine, if they’re able to make it, if they have to restock, etc) and I got snarked when I asked them to notify me when it is ready. I only asked because I had an experience where I was waiting on antibiotics for my child that they wouldn’t have for days and they did not notify me. I was almost not able to get anything for several days from any other pharmacy because of how late it was when I found out. I miserably dealt with the most unpleasant gray haired woman with glasses. My 6 month old was audibly fussy and sick and she was being rude on the phone despite all this, but it’s fine, I ignore it. I get to the pharmacy and she has a very unfriendly face on her head. She gets my rx for my son and sourly asks me “do you need this?” What kind of question is that? I’m here aren’t I? Ask the doctor that prescribed it? Like are you… okay? I just want my infant to feel better and I had to be the bigger person with an adult in a professional setting. I am not sure what happened to the professionalism, empathy, and kindness here, but I am fed up. I’m sorry but she really shouldn’t be working with people. To say the customer service was horrible would be putting it nicely.

  HEB always has good products at a reasonable cost, decent selection, and good employees. The parking lot at this location is close as it gets to a waking nightmare. There is no room unless you drive a prius and even then it might be tight. Horrible lot design for a "Texas" chain considering texas is known for everything being bigger.
