Founded in 2011 by native Texans, the mission of Affinity Hospice is simple... MAKE EVERY MOMENT MATTER! We don't only offer hospice care to a patient, we offer support and education to their entire family and continue that support for up to one year after the patient's passing. We don't treat the illness, we treat the WHOLE person by offering the care of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home hospice aides, homemakers, and volunteers. Our goal is to do whatever in our power will help the patient and family enjoy EVERY MOMENT that they have, however long that may be.
