- CWCash WilliamsFeb 7, 20261.0I have an autistic daughter who is showing signs of a UTI. When I got here, they wanted to immediately put a catheter in her, um… NO! We’ll try the cup first! The nurse was awful and was like, “How am I going to put a catheter in her all by myself”?! M’am, isn’t that YOUR JOB?! Plus we didn’t ask you to do that! They told me to go home, get a pee sample and come back with it tomorrow. I got the pee sample and they REFUSED to take it. Said they couldn’t do it and that it’s been sitting out too long (lie, pee can sit out for 2 hours and it had been about 10-15 mins since I got it). Thank god I found another clinic to take the sample and they even told me that it could sit out for 2 hours. Do not waste your time with these people. I ended up going home in tears with all the stress from these people.

I booked an urgent care visit for flu symptoms and have received a bill using hospital outpatient codes for a sum of almost $2,000 after insurance. All I received was less-than-stellar service and a rapid test for corona virus & flu. I've also been billed for services at a location I've never been to at a time I did not go to this center. The doctor team does not seem stable or on the same page.

- ESEva SolisJan 1, 20215.0I set up 3 COVID test appointments (myself and my 2 sons). I accidentally set mine up on the wrong date but my boys’ appointments were set up for my intended date/time. When I got there we realized my mistake but they were gracious enough to move my appointment up to what I originally intended (which was when I got there with my boys). The lady testing us (I didn’t get her name) was very friendly. My boys and I thought the nasal swab test went well (she went far in but was gentle so it didn’t hurt, just uncomfortable). My boys were not traumatized so I was relieved especially since I’m sure we will all have to unfortunately endure future nasal covid testing in the future. I received my results the next day.
