I got 2 pairs of glasses in the BOGO with insurance deal both people i interacted with were very thorough and friendly even had them help me decide between frames. Plus was given a print out of both my inusrances benefits despite not asking will definitely be coming again. Furthermore, they have a huge selection with basic- unique frames which was nice to browse. Even got my glare coated 2nd pair the same day within 30 minutes.

There was little to no guidance throughout the process, especially when it came to important lens options like anti-reflective and blue light filtering. These were not properly explained at all, which made it difficult to make an informed decision. After purchasing and trying them on in the store, I realized the glasses have significant glare and actually give me a headache when I wear them. At this point, I can’t even use them. When I brought this up, the technician was dismissive and blamed me for not selecting anti-reflective, even though no one had clearly explained its importance beforehand. Overall, very frustrating experience and not customer-focused at all.
