Their board states closed for 30 minutes from 2-3 pm while only 1 representative is there, but they proceed to say that they are further closed till 4 pm to some people, while allowing others to enter. Strongly advise taking business elsewhere if you want to get things done in a timely manner.

- EME. M.Oct 13, 20254.0Really nice people! I worked with Ms. Czeven (“Seven”) and a very nice man with black glasses and grey hair! Also, the young guy with glasses, from Denton, is awesome. I’d say more like 4.5 stars. One star off ONLY because there were massive system hassles and it took super long…but I was not pressed for time. AND it could have been Humana’s fault. Czeven helped me get a good deal; they do have some. Frame selection is not huge, and most brands are higher end but not like Chanel…more like Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, etc. SOME “lesser” brands though…which I got and I like them. Good place.
