My wife who is extremely claustrophobic had an MRI today at Longhorn imaging in Cedar Park off of Discovery Blvd. Our experience at Longhorn imaging was truly amazing. Probably one of the most peaceful, MRI scans we’ve had. They were on time! Colby and Naz Peaceful demeanor made all the difference in the world. My wife was able to complete the MRI without any panic outburst the first time. They played music for her and talk to her calmly and didn’t rush her. We’ve had MRIs at Imaging facilities in Austin and I will have to say this was the most pleasant experience and will definitely recommend Longhorn imaging Cedar park location to everyone. Thank you, Colby and Naz for such a great experience. Our hearts are full.

I was nervous arriving to my appointment, due to how a previous MRI went for me. However, Carrie at the FD made me immediately feel welcome from the moment I stepped in the door- sweet greeting and very gentle demeanor when discussing paperwork/bill, and also how sweetly she talked to the tech, Colby. I previously worked in the medical field myself, so I always love when I can come into an environment where it feels friendly and comforting. Colby the tech made me feel at ease once I told her what happened at a previous MRI, and made sure that I was comfortable with headphones and ear plugs during my scan. Another plus is that the office looks really nice, so a 10/10 experience for sure! Thank you ladies for being wonderful!
