- ADA D2 days ago1.0While the staff was friendly it's what transpired after I got my imaging report that left a bad taste in my mouth. I had 2 CT scans imaging done. The report mentioned some things relative to what I was getting imaging for, but also had a section referencing uterus size, mentioned adenomiosis, fluid and recommended I get an ultrasound. The issue? I had my uterus removed 10yrs ago. My doctor seeing this info in the imaging report was concerned that perhaps I had a mass that was being mistaken for uterus and was told to see gyno. I no longer have my records from the hysterectomy and the gyno I had retired and closed practice, so the two doctors couldn't speak. So had to go to another gyno; gyno office after reading imaging report felt both kinds of ultrasounds were needed due to what all was listed in the report. Not only did they confirm no uterus and no mass, but no fluid no adenomiosis. With that in mind I couldn't trust anything in the imaging report so had to get more imaging in regards to the actual issues I'd gotten imaging for in the first place. I don't have insurance so numerous imaging, dr appts, 2 different kinds of ultrasounds, etc cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. I called Longhorn Imaging Office and explained the situation. Was told at most they might be able to refund for 1 image but not both even though both performed same time in same report if one image was interpreted incorrectly I can't trust the other either. Told me they'd call me back. I have not heard back and have not received refund. This is unacceptable. Not at all how you should do business. I get that the radiologist messed up but you contract w/the radiologist group and you are liable for what you provide the patient. You should should do right by the patient and then take your issue up w/the radiologist. I will not be returning here and I will not recommend this company to any friends and family.

They greeted me with smiling faces and got me checked in quickly. In the back, Ferrol took my X-Rays and Colby fed me to the MRI machine. Both technicians worked swiftly and efficiently to get their pictures and sent me on my way, waving and smiling. My doctor got my readings quickly and was pleased that I followed her advice to try Longhorn.
