  We visited this clinic because my son was experiencing eye pain, and Dr. Lee provided an incredibly professional and thorough exam. She explained his condition in great detail and with such kindness that it put our minds at ease. We had some difficulties with insurance, but the entire staff went above and beyond to help us out. I was truly impressed by their expertise and caring service. We had a great experience thanks to their dedicated care. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I had back to back appointments today. As we were running late, we called to move the appointments (due to availability, one was available on the current date and another was available the next day). We accepted, rebooked, and arrived for the first appointment. The receptionist staff checked us in and we waited next door while looking at frames. They came back to us and took my wife in early (she had a 5:15pm appt and they took her in at 4:30pm, which meant the 5:15 was now available, or a 4:30pm opened up and when I checked in I asked if there was/will be a slot and if so, I’d take it since I was there already). After seeing my wife, I inquired if I could take the 5:15pm appointment so I wouldn’t have to drive back the next day. To my surprise (because I asked if they could take her sooner, I wouldn’t mind going before or after to save us a trip back to cedar park), they said no, the 5:15pm appt was no longer applicable and couldn’t explain to me why if my wife was done at 5:00pm. The doctors was present and had the most confused look on her face, almost as if she agreed with the level of confusion - why would the staff take the 5:15 appointment 45 mins early if they checked in early (due to running behind from the originally scheduled appts… they should have taken me first or after, as it was clear they had availability for both. The doc even said “yeah, I noticed your name again tomorrow….” And her desk staff looked like deer in headlights. It happened to be a Friday afternoon, so I’m not surprised that this happened as it meant they could take the 5:15pm appointment sooner and close up for the day. I asked for an explanation and options, before canceling my appointment for the following day since they say in silence and glazed at the computer screen. I don’t write negative reviews often but this was extremely unprofessional, underserved us as patients, oversold my wife on contacts she told them she doesn’t need and doesn’t want as she has tried them before and struggled with dry eyes, but still they pushed her to get samples and try it. It felt like their Friday night was more important than accommodating two patients with appointments. We could have both been in and out same-day, so I strongly suggest finding an alternative to this location, especially on a Friday. Also there are other reviews stating this location doesn’t keep to their business hours! The LensCrafters staff next door is wonderful, shame that the optometrist and staff handled this matter so poorly….

  Zero wait time, staff & doctor were super nice, whole appointment took 10 minutes and i walked out with my new prescription. 100% recommend thank you guys so much!
