When my car broke down while I was in line, they were extremely kind, professional, and supportive. They offered me water, placed cones to alert others, and ensured I was comfortable. Their compassion truly made a stressful situation much easier. 🥰

They have made the mistake of charging my husband for prescriptions that should have $0.00 copay by running it without insurance for some reason. They have given us a refund before but denied us another time because “we didn’t catch it.” This was the same woman I saw today! I didn’t catch her name but she is an old white woman with frizzy white and grey hair with an attitude problem and a chip on her shoulder. Karen attitude with a dash of holier than thou. Not only does she yell out all of your personal information to everyone but she also corrects you and belittles you any chance she can! I dropped off a prescription and I asked if she would be able to tell me my copay at this time, she immediately gets a defensive and belittling tone, proceeding to almost yell at me that she can’t do that until it’s rung up. I immediately tried saying I didn’t know, I was just curious if she could and that I appreciate it. She then tells me again I CANT DO IT, louder and more annoyed to which I respond again, I understand thank you. She then proceeds to keep talking down to me and repeating herself like I can’t understand what language she’s speaking or like I’m arguing with her. I just had to walk away mid sentence to finally end the interaction. The young woman who helped me pick up the prescription was a kind, helpful and receptive to what I was saying.
