Will, the water aerobics instructor and a personal trainer, not only gives us an awesome workout, but he sincerely cares for everyone he meets and takes the time to make you feel strong and capable of anything! He is definitely one of the reasons this gym is so awesome! With that said, all the Golds employees here are encouraging and supportive. I love this gym so much that my husband says it is my second home. He is absolutely right, this isn't just another gym...this is my Golds Gym Family where everyone encourages each other and where you can come exactly as you are and feel welcome and loved. Just don't expect to stay exactly as you are, because everyday I come to the gym I leave feeling a little bit stronger and more confident physically but also mentally and emotionally!!!! I struggle with depression and anxiety, but I have found that being an active member of this gym is a huge part in being able to manage my depression and anxiety! I'm so grateful I found my lifetime gym/family and I promise you won't regret becoming a member!
