Arriving with a 7 year old needing stitches on his head, we were efficiently asked our vital information and insurance provider. Additionally, we weren’t treated as if we just didn’t know anything. Being retired Armed Forces, we inquired of a certain practice and were answered with comprehensive answers. In the patient room, the comfort level was great. Kudos to the couch in the patient room. The procedure took a bit longer than anticipated but was thoroughly performed. Russ, an employee there, was amazing at holding a conversation with my son and us. His southern hospitality shines right through. We did feel a bit interrogated at first, for whatever reasons, but we also understood it’s part of the job. Thank you
