    Very rude and sell low grade lenses at high level prices. Since you replied acting like y'all are on top of your game. Let me add ... No one told me what type of lenses they were, what type of anti glare which is ancient green which I hate because they give you Halos. I did call and I was laughed at when I said I wasn't even asked about the outdated film...... These aren't 200.00 glasses! I spend 700.00! So to be brushed off and told just come in and the manager will give you a refund! The end. Nice customer service.....NOT I will not reach out to you! You have my # I don't have time for lip service.

    We were from out of state and my husband needed new glasses it took 36 minutes for their lab to make them . Also got two pair for the price of one plus a military discount of 10 per cent . Excellent customer service .

    We were from South Carolina visiting our son in Georgetown. We were very pleased with the service and care that we received. The staff were super friendly and kind. They were very knowledgeable about the insurance and the procedures. We will use them again for glasses.
