I’m writing this review because what happened with CorePower Yoga (Cedar Park) has been incredibly upsetting and feels completely unfair—especially as someone who pays for an All Access membership. I recently ended up in the ER, so I wasn’t able to manage my schedule, bookings, or cancellations the way I normally would. When you’re dealing with an emergency, the last thing on your mind is the CorePower app. As soon as I was recovered enough to check my account, I discovered I had been charged $45 for three classes. Again: I have an All Access membership. I’m paying precisely so classes are included, not so I can be hit with additional fees like a drop-in customer. This situation highlights what I’ve come to hate about CorePower: the policies feel overly rigid, quick to punish, and completely lacking in empathy. I understand studios need rules, but there should be basic human understanding—especially when someone has a medical emergency. Instead, it feels like the company is designed to charge members first and ask questions later. And the most frustrating part is that it’s hard to get a straight, consistent experience from one location to another. Policies and customer service should be clear and fair everywhere, and that’s not what I’m experiencing. This incident at Cedar Park has made me lose trust in CorePower as a company. Once I’m fully recovered, I’m switching yoga studios. I’m done dealing with surprise charges and inflexible policies. Worst company experience I’ve had in a long time.

I recently tried a week of classes and enjoyed all the work outs and instructors! The only push back I have from joining the member ship is that: -Not all instructors will pass out wipes (small gesture but for the price you’re paying it would be really nice to have that) -A gentle reminder should be enforced to wipe down equipment (again some instructors will remind class but not everyone) -cheap plastic/cardboard tampons are avaible in bathroom but I guarantee nobody is using them….. I do enjoy the music and overall flow of the class but it’s the small details that also matter!

The evening yoga sculpt class is lit. Great music, great flow, Grace is a tough but great instructor.

Always a really great workout! I have Scoliosis and a ton of muscular-skeletal imbalances, and have tried physical therapy for years. I even tried a couple other local yoga studios. But nothing has helped me improve strength, balance, and reduce pain like the CorePower classes (specifically the heated C2 classes). The instructors are very friendly and accommodating. Each class flows through a well thought-out progression of poses, with the option to take different variations. There are tons of class time options throughout the week to accommodate different schedules. I definitely recommend for people of all skill levels!

Not ok to cancel classes without offering some kind of refund. Core Power is routinely canceling classes that students have signed up for.
