Tony at LensCrafters was awesome. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole process quick and stress-free and helped me find exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend asking for him!

This is my go to for my glasses. I love the fact that everyone is Johnny on the spot helping people. They immediately greet you as soon as you come in the door. They make sure they are accurate with your measurements. They don't rush you when you are trying to decide what kind of frames you would like. I had Ryan helping me, he was stellar!!! Extremely helpful!! Took his time with me. Didn't rush me at all!! He was so helpful. Pleasing personality. I could go on and on but I just wanna say, ask for Ryan to help you!! You will be well pleased.

Tariq, the sales associate, was outstanding! He provided a wide range of options and helped me find the perfect frames. He also took the time to explain how I could customize my lenses to make them truly one of a kind. I’m very grateful for his help and the overall experience. I will definitely be recommending this store to my family, friends, and coworkers—and I’ll be sure to tell them to ask for Tariq!

Had a great interaction with Tyrek at LensCrafters in Cedar Hill. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the options my insurance company offered. He was personable without the ingenuousness that salespeople can have at times.
I hope LensCrafters values Tyrek and all that he adds to the company.

Cristal is amazing! When I say she's the sweetest, kindest, most patient and genuine young lady, I mean it. Plus, the bonus are the other wonderful people working there. She made my second visit this week so pleasant and easy. If I had had a child or children (a daughter), I'd hope she would have been as lovely as Cristal. Did I mention how genuine she is? She even gave me a hug before I left the store, it wasn't just one of those thanks for the sale transactions, I really appreciate her help from beginning to end, and making sure I got something very nice without breaking my budget. Again, all of the people at this location are so kind and want to ensure everyone walking in is taken care of. Also, my visit was for a Rx my eye doctor wrote for me, so I didn't have an exam, I simply brought in my Rx to get the glasses that are to be worn only when needed during long distance nighttime driving. I was looking at other reviews after submitting mine and thought I'd better add that.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
