I called in advance, asked for them to hold a pair of glasses for me just to get there and they don’t have it. I asked Chrystal if she was able to order them she said no I asked her if she was able to look at another location to see if they had them. She said no she acted like I was a bother and to top it off. I heard her and another employee talking loudly about their sales being low and now I know why. Please do not waste your time at this location and go ahead and go to the Arlington location. They are very helpful.

They are aware people don't agree and refuse to change the "office policy". People should be able to opt out of medical tests that they do not want. When I called to cancel the lady on the phone was rude as well.
