  Approximately 12/2025, three times. Professional, yet remembered me. Prompt, clean facilities. They provided comforting positions promptly.

  This place has terrible people on the phones and/or their texting services. I scheduled an appointment with them for the following week, and I called in to see if they accepted Care Credit and what my out-of-pocket estimate would be. The person on the phone couldn't give me an answer to both of those questions, and said they'd have to reach back out to me. 3 days go by, & I never received a call. I called in and left a VM since no one answered, stating that I was canceling my appt since no one got back to me regarding the information I requested. The day of the appt, I get a text & VM stating that I missed my appt, even though I canceled it via VM. They text me, and I explained it was already canceled and why. Via text, they were able to give me the answers I needed right away, so I asked what their availability was, and they stopped texting me after that. I waited a couple of hours, and I decided to call in to schedule. The girl in the phone said they may have a cancelation that day, but would have to call me back to confirm. I asked her even if they don't have availability that day, can we please schedule an appt. She stated that she'd confirm first, however, regardless, I would be receiving a call from her shortly to schedule. It's been almost a week and I never got my call back, and I left yet another VM to schedule an appt, and still never got a callback. Unfortunately, I'm going to need another referral elsewhere since this place has terrible service and staff that can't do the basics in their role.
