The drive thru defeats its purpose of convenience, esp when you have 2 hungry, irritated little kids in the back waiting to get home. If I can give zero stars, I would. This is not the 1st time this has happened. The other times I've waited at least 15 mins at the drive thru window without any sort of acknowledgement, I had to drag both of my kids in to the store just to wait another 10 mins to be helped. Very disappointed. They claim that "the bell (to alarm them someone's at the drive thru window) did not ring". It's not the 1st time
