Today I was disrespected…. The older YT gentleman that was assisting with the self check out maybe needs a lesson on diversity. My 12 pack sodas did not ring up the sale price.. I asked him for assistance and he told me that brandade they weren’t the same that it didn’t apply. I kindly said all 3 packs had the exact same sign. He says if this wasn’t the case the sales price worked have worked then proceeded to stand there as if I was going to steal the sodas. I said thank you so he could walk away. I paid and walked directly to the customer service desk where DONNA a black lady checked the sales ad and refined me the difference… to add to insult… another customer hi just so happens to be YT all the check out gentlemen a question. You would have thought it was a different person on how attentive he was to her and how he greeted her and walked with her to solve her issue. I did call and speak to a manager about this experience. But I say this to say. Make sure people are right in their hearts beside putting them in front of people…….. Very distasteful to say the least!!!
