  1) 90% of the time they are out of stock. 2) Half the time, they don't have a prescription for the meds that I've gotten 50+ times from them "Are not in the system". 3) I've tried more than a dozen locations, many are worse. The reason I chose this location is they know how to use a credit card machine. Frankford and Midway has employees who don't even know how to USE their cc machines. 4) I never know how many I'm going to get. My prescription is 90 days, 2 refills. Sometimes I'll get 30, sometimes 90, and sometimes 270. I never know, and it's ALWAYS something every time I order. This includes price. Last time I used $30 for 30. Sometimes I'll pay 11 for 90, sometimes $13 for 270. It's never the same. Without the meds I go to the hospital. Never knows if it's in stock = maybe I'll go to the hospital, maybe not.

  I always leave this place irritated. I’m transferring to an online pharmacy. Just tired. How complicated is a reoccurring script? How difficult is courtesy? I stand in front of you for 10-15mins just patiently waiting to be a acknowledged. Only to say my script still isn’t ready! Sadly, it never is. And calling them on the phone?!!! They don’t have your script until your drs office has to call them back. Always rude. Need customer service training.
