I was experiencing depression and severe anxiety that was affecting my ability to function in everyday life. I remember telling her “I will never be the same way I was before” and truly meant that with every fiber of my being. Throughout the process of mental health counseling, Adriana was very patient with me. She listened to my experiences and offered real therapeutic solutions to help me cope with my anxiety. Adriana’s insight has helped me grow and manage the everyday stressors that contributed to my mental illness. I highly recommend her services to anyone struggling with any type of mental disorder. You will not regret it! It has been a year since I first stepped through the doors of Vida Counseling and I can now say that I have developed a new normal and I am back to living my life.
