  I have been going to this pharmacy for awhile but I recently changed my pharmacy. One incident was because I handed my DL to the clerk due to my name and DOB. I have had my identity stolen before and so i am cautious. So the clerk looked at her co-worker and said can you tell her in Spanish that her medicine is not ready. I looked at her and said I speak English and I understand English. The clerk then asked me why did you hand me your DL. I told her because I have had my identity stolen so I am cautious with my information. Couple of weeks later, I tried getting my medicine refilled but had trouble. The pharmacy said it was an issue between my doctor's office and insurance. So for 2 weeks I would contact the doctors office and they would inform me that they sent the information to the insurance. Then I would call the insurance and they would say they didn't get anything from the doctor's office. Finally the doctor's office contacted the pharmacy and they were informed that I needed to call the pharmacy and give them my insurance information. So I did what my doctor's office informed me to do. I called the pharmacy and they acted like they had never talked to my doctor's office. So I called the lady Stephanie with my doctor's office and she said she would contact the pharmacy and see what is wrong. Stephanie called me back and said to contact the pharmacy and they should help me now. So I contacted the pharmacy and they said yes we talked to Stephanie and we need you to verify your insurance. I told them my insurance information and they said that they didn't have that in the system. I told them nothing has changed and I still have that insurance. They said they know what happened. I must have informed them that my insurance was not longer valid and they deactivated my insurance in their system. I didn't deactivated anything because I am at the same job. This is ridiculous to go through so much because they didn't want to look up the information.

  The last two times I went to pick up prescriptions I waited 45 minutes to an hour in line to be told it would be another 15 minutes and to loop around. The second time this happened, I informed the clerk that I had already waited 45 minutes in line. I also told her there were 7 cars waiting behind me and asked if I could wait like it seemed the cars in front of me did. She rudely told me no but I could get down and go inside. I had two sick kids in the car with me and wasn't about to get them off at the store. I'm so disappointed with united pharmacy. I will not use them again.
