  I had labs done here at this Wilshire location two weeks prior to my scheduled appointment with my Primary doctor. Quest had not sent them my results. They had two weeks. This is not acceptable. Will never use them again.

  NAN, was an excellent phlebotomist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent procedural skills.

  Make an appointment and it is really quick. Close by and easy to get to. Employees are always pleasant and qualified at the techniques the use.

  Wanted to thank Emily for her outstanding personality and care! 24 hrs later from my appointment, I don’t even have a mark on my arm showing I had blood drawn. No bruising nothing! Also wanted to add that when my visit started after checking in, I sat down and I observed Emily come out and help an elderly lady with her check-in. Unfortunately, the lady thought that she had checked in correctly on the kiosk, but she hadn’t. Emily then proceeded to help her check in correctly. Emily was so patient and super kind with this lady! Emily was outstanding in my opinion both professionally and personally!
