  Wonderful intro class with Linda! London is such a great person for front desk. Loved her friendly smile and full explanations while signing me up for my membership. Angie was very welcoming as an owner. I think I'm really going to like it here at Club Pilates Burleson!!

  Not the best customer service. The lady at the desk got mad at ME because SHE never informed me about the waiver rules. She treated me like I was some little kid and was VERY rude and disrespectful. Do NOT recommend this place unless you want to be treated like a 4 year old.

  Just had a great sign up experience with Hope! She also went through the app with me to explain everything, and made it so easy to understand. Looking forward to my first class later this week.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about this Club Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the friendliest staff who truly make you feel welcome and supported. The instructors are AMAZING, they’re all super friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, very encouraging, and they genuinely care about making sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck, and that you have the proper form and they’re helping you get the most out of every workout. Not to mention they’re also very professional but friendly at the same time and coming up on about 9mon-12mon I can truly say the entire staff is very supportive and have become good friends of mine. Yes Each class is different and challenging… but in the best way possible, it’s very effective and never boring — I leave feeling stronger, more energized, and it makes me want to eat clean, drink more water, etc etc (just live a clean lifestyle) and I feel more accomplished every single time. The studio is always clean, well-organized, and has a great positive vibe. I also really appreciate how transparent and straightforward everything is, from scheduling to membership options. If you’re looking for a workout that delivers real results in a supportive, professional environment, this Club Pilates is hands down the best Pilates studio I have gone to in years ! I really liked how they also offered an “intro program class” at first to see if you like it and that way you can see if it’s a good fit for you! The staff here is amazing, and at this point have become great friends of mine since I have been in attendance here for almost 8…9 months now I think.

  I’m so tired of these businesses robbing folks. You pay for classes, you should be able to use them. My wife got sick and couldn’t use her remaining four clases. The classes expire. Why? How does that hurt your business? What it does hurt, is families that pay over $200 dollar a month for some crappy Pilates studio. Then they have the audacity to call and beg to see if we will the keep membership. No thank you. Your crummy studio is a scam. 0 flexibility. Zero loyalty to your customer base. That’s why you’ll go out of business. Avoid this scam of a gym. They do not care about their customers.
