- ARAnne RosenMar 15, 20262.0I had a prescription electronically sent in yesterday. I know there is a cut off time, so I figured I would get it delivered today. My credit card is on file. The app said “delivery in progress.” It was nearing closing time and I called the pharmacy. All I was told was (rudely), it was the store’s responsibility, not the pharmacy’s. The pharmacy is now closed, I’m sick and don’t have my prescription. I am unable to drive at the moment which is why I wanted it delivered. I can’t guarantee I will be home if they choose to deliver tomorrow. I think it’s time to find a new pharmacy!

The behavior of the staff at this pharmacy ranks pretty high among these experiences. If you are lucky, you will get someone who will act outwardly pleasant yet be completely uninterested in helping you. Never before have I had a pharmacy refuse to call a different store to find a place that has my prescription or try to see when I can pick it up. If you’re unlucky you will get someone who is rude to the point of being combative. Borderline abusive to me and the staff at the doctor’s office for a misunderstanding on her part. I would urge anyone to find an alternative pharmacy to use, as this one is among the worst I’ve ever encountered.
