  This place is horrible! My hubby went for testing reqiured for new hire. The front desk person/woman was extremely rude, she needs some customer service training. Or quit your job, very angry person!!

  I booked a 6:20 am appointment. Took off work had my husband drove me and waited in the lobby for a bit. Once I got in the back I told the attendant that sometimes I get light headed and may faint from blood drawn (9 viles) Mind you I was here 2 years in a row already. The employee said - well we can’t take your blood then. I told her it does not always happen and I had been there for 2 years now. She said I would have to drive 30 minutes to down town Austin to have my blood drawn. She said their policy changed. I think there should have been notice of the change or communicated at some point. She was rude. Another employee said they couldn’t do it. I told her she took my blood 2 years ago. And she was rude and said she did not. She would have remembered. I remember her specifically because when I was light headed she put the fan on me for like 20 seconds and because of her extreme obesity (meaning she could barely walk). She turned the fan back on her while I was struggling. Just an awful experience altogether.
