  If I could give no stars I would. The pharmacy tech there a girl has to be told the exact prescription your picking up to be able to find it in the system and even though your meds are ready they'll tell you to come back, she told me my partner, my son's, and my meds would not be available for a week since we have no refills after waiting for her to find each account. We look on the app all have refills. I'm not sure if it's an unwillingness to do her job or if she is severely incompetent but please train this young lady because these types of mistakes are fine in grocery but as a pharmacy tech if she is incapable maybe she should be stocking groceries instead. Each time it has been a headache to pick up the same exact meds since October of last year, I have been told EVERY SINGLE time to come back those prescriptions aren't ready, or they don't exist, today was a new on she said I hadn't picked anything up since May of last year. Again please retrain this young lady she is obviously in over her head.

  I like the option to have meds delivered but it wasn't fully explained to me that if your prescription comes in after 5pm they can't get delivered until the next day. This was very inconvenient as my prescriptions were very important. Also once you do pay and schedule the delivery the window for receiving them is unacceptable between 9am-1pm that's not cool this is my meds not an Amazon package. Especially because the delivery fee cost more than my medicine. Once it finally said my prescription was out for delivery I waited well over an hour for it to come. I will never use delivery service again and wouldn't recommend it if your prescription is important to health and not just some vitamins. The staff was nice though.

  Called 5 min ago asking about why on the HEB app it says I have refills available on a medication and why the pharmacy wouldn’t refill it (I simply did not know any of the policies on that) I believe I spoke with a woman named Amanda. She was INCREDIBLY condescending. These pharmacists need to understand the types of people they are dealing with. I understand it can be stressful but many of us have mental health concerns and I am literally on antipsychotics and mood stabilizers and if she caught me on the wrong day I could’ve said or done something crazy. DO NOT play with me about my medication. I nor anybody deserves to be talked to in such a disrespectful and condescending tone. Seriously though. She took it low and I wanted to take it straight to hell. I’m more dangerous without my medication than I am when I have access to them. I hope you go through some type of sympathy training because this woman clearly lacks it.

  This pharmacy continues to get worse and worse. Constantly always busy but only two people working the front desks. Stood in line for over 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t blame the workers. They are busting the humps and are always friendly. This is HEBs fault. Hire more workers. Switching all my prescriptions to Costco.
