Loved Monica’s cardio jump class! Pilates has literally changed my life. It has improved mobility and reduced pain from inflammatory arthritis and help me regain strength after a hip replacement. Highly recommend!

Monica is great! She explains the purpose of your movements and the muscles they are targeting. She also incorporates movements that target the pelvic floor. You will get a good workout with her!

This review is long overdue, but Ally is truly incredible! My very first Club Pilates class ever was with her (Center & Balance)and she immediately made me feel comfortable, confident, and excited about Pilates. I started with just 4 classes a month and made it a point to always book with Ally because of how welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging she is. She explains movements clearly, offers great cues and modifications, and creates such a positive, supportive environment.
Because of her, I fell in love with Pilates and eventually upgraded to unlimited. I even intentionally scheduled my classes so that Ally would be my 100th class instructor-because that milestone had to be with her. Ally is an amazing instructor and such a huge reason I stuck with and progressed in my Pilates journey. 💜

Love this studio! Been going to classes here for over a year now and all instructors are fantastic. The environment is very welcoming. The classes are truly go at your own pace and the instructors are great with ensuring you’re doing good form vs number of reps. Highly recommend!

I'm now a month in and have really enjoyed all the classes here. In that aspect, it's great. But I will say, it's pretty impersonal. And the learning curve for someone who has not been around exercise much as been a challenge. There is no community, the staff don't bother to greet you, let alone learn your name or ask for your challenges, etc. and up until today not one has "helped" me.
Today (my 9th) class was the first time an instructor actually took the time to correct me, adjusted my reformer for my height (I'm tall), and helped me with my form. Today was the first day, I felt seen and actually didn't get discouraged.
So if you are good at Pilates, this place is great. If you are a newbie, try the different instructors, because after 5 different instructors at this gym, I finally found one who really seemed to care that I learn and was able to do things properly. Her name is Tori Anne. Highly recommend!
