The line has never been long and the head pharmacist is always present incase you need to know about how to properly take your meds or who to call incase you feel some side effects coming on, it is always best to call ahead of time so you know exactly what time your prescriptions are ready for pickup there are always a number of pharmacist and pill techs on hand and yes there is a drive thru incase you prefer that method I really appreciate the service here it has been the only pharmacy I've used and will continue too long as I am in town I recommend it to all

I have called this pharmacy oh Villa Maria several times to get my prescriptions transferred over to this HEB pharmacy on Villa Maria. I am told that my prescriptions are at another pharmacy which is 100 miles away. I realize exactly where my prescriptions are and I do not care to drive that far. Again I called later to get my prescriptions transferred. The staff person answering again said it was not ready and could not pull my prescriptions because I had to make sure I was going to use this pharmacy and not my previous pharmacy. I moved here I do not care to drive 100 miles. I was not using any other pharmacy in College Station nor Bryan. So I talked to Keith, the pharmacist, and he said he would fill my prescriptions. Something needs to be done about his staff. Because it is the poorest customer service I have ever in my 70 yrs dealt with. I dont even give them a one star but had to in order to write a review. The Tx avenue Holleman store is much nicer but further to pick up my prescriptions. I should not have to beg for a prescription to be filled by talking to 3 people. Totally ridiculous. The staff just hangs up on Villa Maria except Keith. They share a web page with other stores for prescriptions and it didnt seem to be complicated for Keith but they hire other staff that cannot do it or just pure lazy staff. Worse service ever
