- MHMarianela G HernándezJan 4, 20261.0They scammed my dad. First, they charged him an annual subscription he did not ask for, adding an address that is not his. On his next visit, they told him they would send the receipt to his email, but never did. I later found out that 1. They also charged him for a product he is supposed to receive on a monthly basis but, guess what?? It is sent (together with other promotions) to an address that the cashier registered without my dads consent. 2. They did not give him the receipt because they actived $25 dls in coupons that were under his account, basically hid the coupons from him but activated them so he would not be able to use them later on if he purchased on another store. This is how I found out, because I went to another store and asked. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
- RGRafael GomezOct 7, 20255.0The GNC inside the mall was good and Isabel was very helpful and informing me of a this great promotion for the membership very worth it, I stopped going to this GNC for almost a year and a half, due to previous workers that no longer work there and complications, but after being helped by Isabel she seem very informed and knowledgeable about the products and helped me to get the best deals available. I am happy to have my membership back and to continue buying products from this GNC.
