StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Boerne offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- MWMike WeaverMar 9, 20265.0I had my first visit with Stretch Lab in Boerne Texas the first week of February. I had a chip on my hip socket in 2009 and it progressively had terrible arthritis pain and cramps in my leg. My first visit, Stretch Lab did a computer scan of my body and it clearly showed how tight my hip was. They put me on a program focusing on the hip and I can honestly say that in the first 30 minutes I could tell the difference. Four weeks in, I feel almost back to normal, not just the hip but my entire body. Can't say enough good about what they are doing for me and !!! Highly Recommend Stretch Lab !!!
