The year we used Home Instead was such an incredible experience. Beyond caring …. Everyone we came in contact made use feel that we were their main priority and we were family. Mary in the office became my phone bff from keeping me informed about my MIL’s care and checking in to see if we needed anything more for her care. Yvette went above and beyond to get our care going ASAP when we needed it last year right around the holidays. April was amazing getting to know my MIL and creating a routine that worked best for her needs. And then there is Renee and Bridgette my MIL’s caregiver who became family to her. Their loving care was top notch. They created personalized routines that made the day to day morning go so smoothly. Whoever gets these ladies next is going to be truly blessed. The few times sub caregivers were needed it went so smoothly, because April had created a step by step time by time Handwritten routine.
