They couldn’t find it when I came in to pick it up. I called my doctor and he called it in again. The assistant said she would watch out for it, but when I went back to tell her he had called again, she just said the pharmacist would eventually listen to the message. I just left.

I have never had any trouble in the past 2yrs but now with all these new people there they don't want to give me my dogs meds or fix it. Keep saying oh we don't do animal refills, YES U DO!!!! I just got his medicine approved on Wednesday by the Vet and Pharmacist and it just sitting there waiting to be picked up.
