  Atrocious. Zero communication between employees, been here for 2 hours trying to pick up meds for my child. What happened to people helping people. Whatever you do find a different pharmacy

  December 26, Thousand and 25. I made a mistake again. Started using H-E-B pharmacy in Bellmead Texas. I have been waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Only one person servicing the inside. But I see at least eight people in the back. Why did I do this again. Must move pharmacy.

  I am in between doctors right now and I had to get a flu shot for work. In my search for a pharmacy online, I saw that HEB Pharmacy in Bellmead takes appointments for vaccinations. The website instructed me to be there 15 minutes early (before it opens). I let a gentleman know I was there, as the seating area is hidden from the workers. He kindly gave me a form to fill out. The pharmacy line for prescriptions got very long as soon as they opened - THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT. After about 10 minutes after the actual appointment time, I got up and asked a another worker if they knew I was there for a vaccine and she kindly checked with other staff and told me "they know you're here." Then a nice gentleman sat down as a WALK-IN, in the area I was sitting. I asked him if he was there for his flu shot and he said he was. I told him I had been waiting, by this time now, 45 minutes total and had an appointment. He was very nice and said, they are short staffed. I get that, so I waited about five more minutes and then the pharmacist came out and called his name! He said no, she was here first and she had an appointment. The pharmacist said that didn't matter, but he insisted I go first. She said okay. When we got in the room, I told her I had an appointment. I asked if they have a computer system that can see that information. She replied that they treat the vaccinations like prescriptions. I said, then why does your company say they accommodate appointments online? She replied with mumbling that I did not understand, and I was just ready to get the vaccine and get out of there for my trouble. I understand they are busy, but the company does not need to advertise one thing online and have the customer expect to be seen in a timely manner and not follow through. Also, I should have been treated as a first-come, first serve basis, as I was the FIRST person to show up before the entire pharmacy opened BEFORE all of the other customers and BEFORE the gentleman who was a walk-in. I'd rather drive across town than to go here again.
