  The phlebotomist was terrible. Apparently first time he was doing this. Gave me a huge bruise. 5 hours later they call me to go back repeat the blood work because the ones he took couldn’t be used. How can I go back in the middle of the day when I’m supposed to be fasting and they know it ? Quest is hiring people from the street and doesn’t provide any trainings. No accountability. Not going back to Quest. They have no respect for people’s time

  The location that I chose was close to home and provided easy access and sheltered parking. I was able to check-in and did not have to wait long before I was seen. Once I was seen, I was in and out with no issues. This will now be my location of choice.

  Very rude. I checked in right at 10 min of my appointment. They removed my check-in from the system and spent another 10 minutes arguing with me, and accusing me of lying about my check-in status, instead of taking my bloodwork. By the way, no other patients were waiting.
