No one is buying mini-croissants to put on the side of a plate. They are buying them to make a breakfast sandwich, or to put into a breakfast sandwich maker (round) The tiny, straight croissants you sell are useless for that, and that's why you have piles of that inventory that doesn't move. Kick these lousy mini croissants to the curb, and get with the program.
