- ACAnna CabotFeb 17, 20265.0I LOVE Club Pilates. I am dealing with family medical issues and a lot of other stuff but when I get out of a class and I am blissful. The teachers and other staff are friendly and the app is easy to use. The equipment and facilities are without fault. It's accessible and the parking is ample. But more than anything, even though classes can be challenging, I feel amazing afterwards.

Maks and Jordan primarily teach the times I go to now. I love that no two classes are the same, so you won’t get bored. They are also good at assisting members to get the most out of the exercise while recognizing individual limitations. I have made some great friends too, which is an added bonus.

I was not provided with any communication prior to my session about proper attire and requirements. To top things off, I was not provided with any instructions on how to find a suite. I expect to receive all this information in my confirmation email after booking the session. All I got was a confirmation of the session, nothing else. A waste of gas and time. I was not prepared to be offered $27 socks. Please don’t come here. Go to another location. This one was very unprofessional. Ruined my evening. I got to go home sad. I could’ve done literally anything else with my evening.
