  Thanks to the BIG lip girl. I think her name was Anissa I will not be returning back to a quest. I will now use Labcorp. Very unprofessional and rude. I scheduled an appointment and also checked in. A mix up is fine but handling a situation unprofessionally is not 👄

  Girl in morning by herself said we had to pay $200 each or she wouldn’t draw our blood even though Quest said my insurance covers 100% of the cost. Showed EOBs to show proof and she said if she doesnt collect the payment then she’s not gonna draw our blood! EZ PAY Program is OPTIONAL! They do not have to collect to draw your blood! Letting Quest main office handle her through management! Very rude employees!!!

  Terrible terrible terrible! Never have I ever cried in front of anyone but these ladies in the front just argued with me for no reason because I apparently gave them attitude. If anything i tried to defend myself by stating my reason for defending myself because as soon as i walked in and said i had an appointment they immediately hated me. And one other woman said i gave her an attitude on the phone which i didn't. I was confused as to why i couldnt make an appointment over the phone. I have never been treated so coldly by people and I dont know the names of these women but i hope yall still have a good day because deep down yall were probably having a terrible week or month or something.

  Very professional and friendly. Took me in 10 min. till lunch. They close at noon. Really appreciate I didn't have to come back. Mellissa and Jennifer were great. Mellissa did quick and painless blood draw. Would recommend to family and friends.
