    No point in calling them.. They do not answer the phone . They have no one to answer any questions, no one to help .. Sad this is a standard of care that is acceptable. You also have to link your phone and take photos of your id to send over the internet. THAT'S NOT VERIFICATION.. I want to log into my records from my pc that has fantastic antivirus and scam protections , my phone is to make phone calls..
